Tchaikovsky's Christmas Classic with International Ensemble

The Crown Ballet brings one of the most famous Christmas classics of ballet, “The Nutcracker”, to Weiden. The performance is based on the music of Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky and combines the festive atmosphere of the Christmas season with the expressiveness of classical dance.

An international ensemble will bring the story to the stage through dance. The ballet performance is accompanied by an orchestra. This creates a interplay of live music, choreographed movement, and dramatic representation that characterizes this stage classic.

Christmas Classic at the Max-Reger-Halle

The venue is the Max-Reger-Halle Weiden. The hall provides the perfect setting for a festive ballet evening and makes the performance a cultural event in the pre-Christmas season. The focus is on Tchaikovsky's music, the international ensemble, and the classical narrative world of “The Nutcracker”.

The work is one of the fixed components of the Christmas cultural program and is closely linked to the festive season. The combination of ballet and orchestral accompaniment gives the performance a special musical and scenic effect. For visitors in Weiden, this is an opportunity to experience the well-known Christmas classic live in the city.
